If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will on the second attempt of delivery leave a note (in the letterbox if a residential address) to indicate that there was an attempted delivery. During your checkout process on this website, you will see a special field where you can specify whether you have a preferred time (morning or afternoon) for delivery and we will try our best to get our couriers to deliver within this time frame.
