Our Woof Seat Original is designed for the front and back passenger seat of your vehicle, this seat is ideal for 2 small dogs or one medium dog. We don’t recommend that dogs with the combined weight over 18kgs use this seat.
Our Woof Seat Deluxe is designed for the back passenger seat allowing enough space for child in a car seat or another passenger to comfortably hang out next to your pups. This seat is ideal for up to 3 small dogs or 2 medium dogs such as Pugs and French Bulldogs. We do not recommend dogs over 20kgs to use this seat. If you are unsure of which Woof Seat is right for your pack, please get in touch and we’ll help you decide.
To make our products as durable and easy to maintain as possible, Woof Seats and Woof Stairs are made out of the highest quality high density foam and all come with removable covers made from pre-shrunk light upholstery Bull Denim fabric which is 100% cotton.
Absolutely, we know how much hair shedding, slobber and muddy paws you have to deal with! The Woof Seat and Stair covers are removable and machine washable on a delicate cold wash. Never use bleach on the products as it can bleed the denim’s colour from the fabric or leave large white spots. You can spot clean your covers with a sponge and cold water between washes. When drying, hang the covers inside out to avoid fading on the clothes line or a drying rack. The covers are not suitable for tumble drying as they may shrink. When ironing, turn your iron on to the low setting and iron the cover to remove any wrinkles. Avoid using a too-hot iron on the cotton setting.
We do not make up custom orders for Woof Seats or Woof Stairs. We will be adding to our range as we grow so please keep an eye out for new additions which will be coming soon.
Returns for manufacturing defaults will be accepted for 3 months from date of invoice. Wear and tear, excessive weight and misuse related damages will not be accepted for return. Should you wish to return your item, please note that we will only accept return items which are unused and in original packaging and within 14 days of purchase. Products will be collected by our courier at your expense and refunds will only be applied once the item has been checked by our team and deemed resalable. Courier costs are not included in any refunds at will be to the purchasers account.
The Woof Seat Original can be used for both the front and back passenger seats of your vehicle. Place the Woof Seat on top of your front or back passenger seat and clip the vehicle’s safety belt through the back of the seat to secure it.
The Woof Seat Deluxe must be installed in the back passenger seat of your vehicle. Place the Woof Seat on top of your back passenger seat and clip the vehicle’s safety belt through the back of the seat to secure it.
We know that not all pooches are angelic – ever driven past a squirrel when your dog is not securely in place? Things can get a little crazy which is why we designed Woof Seat Clips. The Clips will prevent your dog from jumping out of the seat whenever the inclination strikes. The clips are attached to your vehicles seatbelt on one end and to your dog’s harness on the other. Woof Seat Clips are on average 60cm in length. Clips are sold separately and should only ever be used on the harness, never on a collar.

We accept payments via PayFast (which appect Mastercard, Visa, Bitcoin Maestro, Mobicred, Masterpass and SCode) as well as EFTs and SnapScan.
- Please note, when selecting to pay by EFT, you have 24 hours post placing your order to make the payment.
- When making your payment, please be sure to use your order number as the beneficiary reference. This will ensure that we can process your order as quickly as possible.
- We will start processing your order as soon as your bank forwards the payment to Ora Pets. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 3 days from the time you make the payment (which has to be done a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order) to when it appears in our bank account.
- The delivery lead time as specified on the site only starts once we have received the payment from your bank.
Website orders are processed within 24hrs and deliveries take between 3-5 business days. Delivery periods are only regarded as having commenced when we receive confirmation of payment. Please note that orders paid via EFT will only be dispatched once payment reflects, which can take up to 3 days.
Yes, the delivery fee will be added during the online checkout process. Cape Town delivery fee is R80.00 per item ordered (excluding Woof Seat Clips) when these are added to your Woof Seat order). All other areas are charged at a national courier rate of R250.00 per item (also excluding Woof Seat Clips when these are added to your Woof Seat order).
Yes, our couriers (The Courier Guy) will deliver straight to any door in South Africa. Deliveries take place during business hours i.e. there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
We currently only deliver to South Africa and Namibia. Please contact us if you are an international customer and want to purchase any of our products. We will happily provide you with all shipping options available for your country.
Of course you can, we will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched and provide you with a waybill number which you can use to track the delivery progress of your order on our courier’s website

If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will on the second attempt of delivery leave a note (in the letterbox if a residential address) to indicate that there was an attempted delivery. During your checkout process on this website, you will see a special field where you can specify whether you have a preferred time (morning or afternoon) for delivery and we will try our best to get our couriers to deliver within this time frame. We can also ask the couriers to call you prior delivery to arrange a time and date that best suits you. Please be as specific as possible when completing this part of the checkout process.
